Alice Louise Klindt, daughter of James Albert Ramsey and Frances Louise Verkler was born on January 9, 1943 in Amarillo, Texas. Growing up, she attended grade school at Buffalo Elementary School, Buffalo High School and attended church at 1st Christian Church all in Buffalo, Oklahoma. After graduation, Alice went to Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma from 1961 to 1962.
Alice found the love of her life when she met Ralph Klindt. They were united in marriage on August 4, 1962 in Buffalo, Oklahoma. To this union 3 kids were born: Timothy, Nathan, and Tammy.
Alice was an active member of her church. She was a Sunday-School and Vacation Bible School teacher. Alice also helped with the choir/bell choir and loved gardening and flowers.
Alice passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at her home in Rural Harlan, Iowa surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis Lee, James Ramsey and son-in-law George Dauma.
She is survived her husband, Ralph Klindt of Rural Harlan, IA; children, Timothy (Sally) Klindt of Bluegrass, IA, Nathan (Ruth) Klindt of Granby, CO, Tammy Dauma (James Blyler) of Fairbanks, AK; grandchildren, Brian Klindt, Carl Klindt, Heily Klindt, Michael Blyler, Alexander Blyler; great-grandchildren, Asher Klindt, Alice Klindt, David Klindt; other family members and friends.
