Avery Michael Chapman , son of Ashley and Michael Chapman of Walnut, Iowa, was still born on Friday, July 28, 2017, at Methodist Women's Specialty Care Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Avery is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Lora Lee. He is survived by his parents Ashley and Michael Chapman; brothers Adam and Ashton; sisters Alexis and Adalynn; maternal grandparents Randy and Eva Neese of Walnut; and paternal grandfather Dana "Richard" Cook of Casey, Iowa.
