Bryce Wayne Albright was born on November 8, 1999 to Trevor and Wendy (Pattee) Albright at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Avoca, Iowa, and confirmed at United Lutheran Church in Shelby, Iowa. Bryce was a junior at A-H-S-T-W High School in Avoca.
In Bryce’s spare time he enjoyed cars, music, motorcycles, sport shooting, woodworking and welding. He liked helping people, especially kids with woodworking and welding projects. Bryce worked for his father at Albright’s Body Shop in Shelby. Bryce’s pride was a 1977 Chevrolet Nova he had restored in his favorite color, blue. He was a talented writer and had a great sense of humor. Bryce will be missed by all who knew him.
Bryce died on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at his home having attained the age of seventeen years and five days. He is survived by his mother Wendy Albright of Avoca; father Trevor Albright of Shelby; sister Caitlin Albright of Shelby; maternal grandparents Donald and Carol Pattee of Avoca; paternal grandparents Donn and Rhea Albright of Kirkman, Iowa; aunts and uncles: Gary and Janet Pattee of Avoca; Lori and Mitch Rew of Malvern, Iowa; Steve and Nicole Pattee of Farmington, Minnesota; Tris and Brenda Albright of Audubon, Iowa; and Ty Albright of Arco, Minnesota; cousins; and many friends.
