Chuck D. Lyon

Chuck Lyon, son of Rose and William Lyon was born on December 4, 1940 in Harlan, Iowa. After graduating high school, he enlisted to the Army National Guard for 5 years until he was honorably discharged. He was married and had two sons, Chad and Scott.
Chuck was a talented construction supervisor, building roads and friendships his entire career. In 1993, Chuck became a supervisor for Western Engineering Company where he remained until his retirement in 2017. Some of Chuck's main hobbies included hunting and fishing. He also loved spending time with his grandkids and playing cards with family and friends.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Rose and William Lyon, and his two brothers Bill and Harold Lyon.
He is survived by his sons Chad (Johanna) Lyon of Plattsmouth, NE; Scott (Marren) Lyon of Harlan; and grandsons Drayke, Dylan, Ashton, Cash, Hayden and Blake.
