Donald "Cap" Leo Arnold

Donald Leo Arnold, aka Cap, died of natural causes on February 11, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona. Born on June 23, 1930 in Sparks, Oklahoma to Lynval and Tina (Sharp) Arnold, he was an accomplished carpenter, mechanic, and loved to crack wise. Don loved to travel and see new sights, hunt, fish, camp, and play dominoes. He dearly loved dachshunds and leaves behind Jake, the face licker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert. Don is survived by three children with his first wife Marilyn (Andersen): Lin Hepokoski of Phoenix, Arizona, Jay Nelsen of Omaha, Nebraska, and Dave Arnold of Fort Collins, Colorado, along with four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers: Glen of Harlan, Kenny of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, and Raymond of Minden, Iowa; and a sister Martha Lynn Petersen of Avoca, Iowa.
