Edith Irene Gustafson

Edith Irene Gustafson was born to William and Mildred (Morrison) Rutlidge on January 3, 1925 in Herman, Nebraska. She went to school in Blair, Nebraska. She served in the Navy in WWII.
She met and married Alvin Gustafson and to this union four children were born: Richard, Alva, Ron and Randy. They moved to Iowa in 1949 and lived in the Avoca, Iowa area.
She retired as a bookkeeper for the Lumber Yard.
Edith "Dee" Gustafson died in her home in Avoca, Iowa on Friday, March 13, 2015 having attained the age of ninety years, two months, and ten days. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Alvin.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Richard and his wife Patricia of Weimer Texas; Alva and her husband Steve Reilly of Riverside, California; Ron and his wife Allison of Norwalk, Iowa and Randy and his wife Lea of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two sisters: Barb Adams of Golden, Colorado and Willa Schunning of Omaha, Nebraska, other relatives and friends.
