Elsie L. Cadwell, age 76, of Defiance, Iowa, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at Bergan Mercy Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Per her wishes cremation rites will be accorded and private inurnment will be held at a later date. The Pfannebecker Funeral Home, Denison, Iowa, is in charge of arrangements. She is survived by siblings: Karen Plagman of Irwin, Iowa, Midge Carter of Defiance, Iowa, Greg Cadwell of Greenville, Iowa, and Jeff Cadwell of Manilla, Iowa; brother-in-law: John Heyn of Colorado City, Colorado; other relatives and friends.
