Jarad had many hobbies. One was a passion for cooking and baking and was especially known for his delicious prime rib. Jarad could make a cake out of any ingredient and it would taste better than any bakery cake you could buy. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, fixing things, he could fix just about anything, watching the New York Jets and Hawkeyes, and watching Kasey Kanhe race. He also loved hunting, and every winter Jarad would take his sons deer hunting. When they returned he would always make his own deer jerky.
Jarad had a passion for music. He shared his love of singing and playing the harmonica with his family and everyone around him.
Above all, Jarad cherished the time he spent with his family, creating lasting memories and sharing his love with those closest to him. Jarad expressed his love for his family in many ways. He loved taking his children to as many football games as possible. He was the best girl dad and would always try and do his daughter’s hair even if he wasn’t quite sure what he was doing, but always ended up succeeding. He loved his kids and grandchildren so much and would always go above and beyond for holidays and birthdays for not only his own grandchildren, but for any children around. Jarad was a great teacher, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Jarad loved so immensely, you could do no wrong in his eyes. He was a big teddy bear and the rock of the family. Jarad will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will never be forgotten.
