Judy Kay Loveland

Judy Kay Loveland was born to Richard and Dorothy (Millis) Taylor on May 14, 1946, in Tennant, Iowa. She attended school in Tennant and went on to receive her GED in Harlan, Iowa.
Judy found the love of her life when she met Daniel Loveland. They were united in marriage on July 27, 1974. Together they raised Judy’s son, Richard.
Judy worked in various roles through her life but found her calling in the Harlan Community School District. She was employed through many of the district’s schools as a teacher’s aid for the special needs classrooms and retired from Westridge Elementary School.
Judy loved playing computer games and enjoyed reading on her Kindle.
Judy passed away peacefully on October 11, 2024, in Harlan, Iowa just over 78 years of age. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Richard Taylor and siblings, Newell Taylor, Darlene Taylor, and Ruth Beck.
She is survived by her husband Daniel Loveland of Harlan, IA; son Richard (Kay) Taylor of Charlotte, NC; 3 granddaughters: Jessica (Jonathan) Giles, Kristen Taylor, Rachel Taylor.
