Kennedy Lynn Hansen

Kennedy was born at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan Iowa on June 30th, 2023 to Ben and Natalie Hansen of Jacksonville, Iowa. Big brothers Carter and Brooks were so excited that "their baby" they anxiously awaited, was the baby sister they had been hoping for.
Kennedy came a few weeks early, and fought with all she had so she could meet and spend a short time with her parents and brothers.
Kennedy passed away peacefully in her parents arms at Children's Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska on July 1st, 2023. Though she lived for just over 24 hours, she left her loved ones with a lifetime of memories.
Kennedy only spent a moment in our arms, but will spend a lifetime in our hearts. She will forever be our beautiful angel.
She is survived by her parents, Ben and Natalie Hansen; brothers, Carter and Brooks; grandparents Layne and Kristy Hansen of Jacksonville, IA and Theresa Graff of Wauwatosa, WI; great-grand parents Stephen and Bernadine Graff of Elm Grove, WI and Marjorie Jensen of Harlan, IA; aunts and uncles Tahlia Nunez Williams of Greenfield, WI, Beau Tate of Minneapolis, MN, Cole Tate (Burkley Lorentzen) of Monrovia, CA, and Tony and Taylor Hansen of Jacksonville, IA; cousins Indra, Arlinda, Etan, Ema and Leni.
She is preceded in death by great-grandparents Laverne and Marlene Hansen and Darlo Jensen, as well as other beloved extended family.
All services will be private.
