Kenneth Peter Muell was born on April 6, 1930, to Peter and Anna (Schechinger) on the Muell homestead south of Panama, Iowa. He was baptized, confirmed, and graduated at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Panama, where he remained a lifelong member.
He was united in marriage to Theresa Goetz on February 1, 1951 at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.
