Ky Lovan

Ky Lovan was born March 05, 1925 in Laos where she was raised. She went to highschool in Laos where she would graduate. In 1954, Ky was united in marriage with Yorng Lovan. They had four children together Doung, Samsack, Deng, and Toune.
Ky moved to the U.S. in 1981 and they lived in Keokuk, Iowa unitl Yorng retired in 1982. They then settled down in Denison, Iowa. Ky was a housewife and enjoyed gardening. She also loved flowers. She was also the cook of the family and enjoyed making meals for them.
Ky Lovan passed away on November 30, 2020 at the age of ninety-five years, eight months, and twenty-five days. She is preceded in death by her husband.
She is survived by her children Deng Lovan of Denison, Iowa; Toune Lovan of Denison, Iowa; Doung Lovan of Laos; Samsack Lovan of Laos; her grandchildren Noi Lovan, Somchay Lovan, Michelle Lovan, Nathan Lovan, Sara Lovan, Joe Lovan, Sommano Lovan; two great-grandchildren; her two great-great-grandchildren; her nephews Houn Lovan of Denison, Iowa; Boun Lovan of Denison, Iowa; her son-in-law Diem Lovan of Denison, Iowa
