Marcia Ann Pope

Marcia Ann Pope, the daughter of Everett and Phyllis (Workmeister) Kluver, was born on December 10, 1964 in Ida Grove, Iowa.
She attended Denison Community School where she graduated with the class of 1983. After graduating she took computer courses through Western Iowa Tech.
Marcia worked various jobs. She worked at Pucci’s, a pizza place, she cleaned for a nursing home ,and worked at a packing plant in Colorado. Marcia also worked on the family farm helping her brothers.
On February 1, 1988 Marcia was united in marriage to Keith Pope. To this union one son was born, Dustin, on December 17, 1990.
Marcia enjoyed horses, playing cards, and reading. She also loved baking and when her home health workers would come to visit. Marcia loved her family and her dog “Gizmo” very much.
Marcia passed away Monday, October 18, 2021 at her home in Odebolt, Iowa attaining the age of 56 years 10 months and 8 days.
She was preceded in death by her former husband Keith “Shorty” Pope, her father Everett, two brothers, Donald and Eddie, and two sisters Karen and Donna.
Left to cherish her memory is one son, Dustin, her mother Phyllis, her sister Bonnie, and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
