Mark Weddle

Mark Thomas Weddle was born July 8, 1960 in Covington, Kentucky to Donald and Maryann (Delaney) Weddle. He went to rest with his savior on March 9, 2025 at Avoca Specialty Care in Avoca, Iowa. Mark was preceded in death by his parents and loving dog Cody. He is survived by two sisters Della Behrendt and husband Mike of Defiance, Iowa and Donna Weddle of Harlan, Iowa; nephews, Andrew Hanson of Harlan, Iowa; Adam Anderson of Manilla, Iowa; great nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.

Mark graduated from Harlan High School in 1981. After graduation, he worked for Conagra Foods in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in the freezer until 1992. He enjoyed all the high school sports in Harlan and he very rarely missed a race at the Shelby County Speedway. He will be greatly missed.
