Tommie Jeanne Woody Schlink was born at Whiting, Iowa, April 20, 1941, the daughter of Sterling and Ruby Hall Woody. She was raised at Castana until age 13 when the family moved to Sioux City, Iowa, where she graduated from Sioux City Central High School with the class of 1976 and Northwestern Tech College in 1994. On August 15, 1960, Tommie was united in marriage with Steven A. Reandeau. Their union was blessed with five children: Dorthy, Natalie, Steven, Clifford John and Joe. For many years she was employed as a caretaker for handicapped individuals. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, crocheting, playing bingo, cribbage, darts and collecting elephants. Tommie died Friday evening, February 8, 2013, at home in Dow City, Iowa. At the time of her death she had been blessed with 71 years, 9 months and 15 days. Including her parents, Sterling and Ruby Woody, Tommie was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Versi Reandeau, son, Steven M. Reandeau, sisters: Donna Woody Lindly and Roxie Woody Geary; nephews: Shane and Willy Erickson; grandson Lawrence LaDel Malone and great granddaughter, Tory Reandeau. Survivors include five children: Dorthy and husband, Dennis Yorgensen of Odebolt, Iowa, Natalie and husband, Gary Norks of Dow City, Iowa, Harriet Reandeau of Denison, Iowa, Clifford John Readeau of Everly, Iowa, and his former wife, Tamra Jackson of Spencer, Iowa, and Joe Reandeau and wife, Shawna of Bemidji, Minnesota; 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, one sister, Monica Sue Woody White and husband, Keith of Rosalie, Nebraska, one brother, Tom O. Woody and wife, Vicky of Eaton, Colorado, other relatives and friends. Following cremation, Tommie was entrusted to her family. A memorial visitation was held from noon until 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013, at the Denison Baptist Church. The Pfannebecker Funeral Home,
